Selena Pellegrini

Co-Founder & CMO

With 30 years of experience in strategic marketing, I have worked across sectors such as Sports, Wellness, Food & Beverage, Fashion and Design. My expertise lies in storytelling and internationalization, always driven by innovation and guided by data to structure visionary yet measurable projects.

I am also the author of books on marketing and have taught in several business schools, as well as serving as a mentor in incubators for start-ups.

Having witnessed and embraced the digital transformation of marketing, I’ve worked as a Marketing Director for international companies and as an Account Manager in leading global agencies such as WPP, BBDO, Livraghi & Ogilvy, and Next Group, managing complex cross-media projects.

Alessandro Corti

Co-Founder & CEO

Engineer by training, strategist by passion, I have built my career across three continents, specialising in project management, business development, and international growth.

A natural problem solver, I combine technical expertise with deep knowledge of emerging technologies, sustainability, and artificial intelligence. Beyond engineering, I bring my new passion for padel, a sport in which Italy is one of the global leaders, into my work, helping to shape new opportunities and innovative projects in this booming industry. With a strong belief in bringing Italian creativity, excellence, and technology to the world, I focus on delivering impactful strategies that connect people, brands, and markets in meaningful ways.

Sergio Lenzi

Architect, Founder & Director at "Studio1985"

My determined nature has been a driving force behind my career and my love for architecture, so I have entered into each professional experience with a single-minded focus. My experience is based on the use of ArchiCAD, from versions 10 to 26, and the BIM process. My technical skills are numerous owing to the years I have spent developing them through different roles and projects.

Francesco Pinci

Marketing Expert

Francesco Pinci is a marketing expert with experience in startups and corporates, specializing in multichannel strategies that combine human creativity with data-driven insights. Passionate about sports, he has been accredited as a photographer and media professional at major international events including the NBA at Madison Square Garden, AS Roma, Virtus Roma, the Basketball EuroLeague, and the London Lions
